From #surfindeed we want to support and vindicate the work of the NGOs, especially the one of #proactivaopenarms that defend human rights with actions of rescue, help, shelter and protection to the refugee, paying the highest price that exists such as gambling life and jail, in addition to countless fines and criminal charges for saving lives and doing the work that governments do not do.
In 1951 the United Nations Organization defines the refugee as the person who:
“Having a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, belonging to a particular social group, or political opinion, is outside of their country, of their nationality and is disabled or, because of this fear, not wants to opt for the protection of this country. “
